Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 1, 2026
These Terms are issued by Madar Al-Aamal for Technical Solutions and specifically govern the use of, and subscription to, Wasl App, the Company’s product, as set out in the sections below.
1. Parties and Service Description
These Terms govern the use of Wasl App, provided by Madar Al-Aamal for Technical Solutions (a single-person limited liability company, CR No. 7055050855, Saudi Arabia). Wasl App is a SaaS product for managing child hospitality centers, nurseries, kindergartens, and childcare centers, used by center management and staff, with guardians of enrolled children connecting to it as a communication and follow-up tool.
2. Eligibility and Registration
The center owner/manager submits a registration request including the center’s data and its license details (licensing authority and number). Registration is open and self-service. Use and registration are restricted to adults; a child never creates an account or holds login credentials in their own name.
3. Subscription Start and Activation
Upon completing registration, the Center appears inside Wasl App, and a free 60-day trial begins, during which Wasl App is available with all its features, without restriction. The support team helps the Center complete its initial setup (center data, classes, staff, guardian linking).
If the free trial ends without paid activation, or if any later paid subscription cycle ends without payment for the next cycle by its due date, the Center's account (in either case) enters a grace period of one calendar month, during which the app keeps working with all its features exactly as before that period or cycle ended.
The grace period is calculated using the corresponding-date method: it begins on the date the free trial ends, or on the date the unpaid paid cycle ends, and runs through the matching date of the following calendar month; if that month has no matching date, the grace period extends to the last available date of that month (for example: a grace period starting January 31 ends on the last day of February, the 28th or 29th, depending on the year).
The grace period is only an extended deadline to pay. It never changes the subscription cycle's own start and end dates, or the amount owed. Example: a monthly subscription cycle begins January 12 and ends February 11; if payment is not made on January 12, the account enters the grace period; if payment is made on February 5, the paid cycle still runs January 12 through February 11 unchanged, and the next cycle's payment becomes due on February 12 regardless of the late payment made for the prior cycle.
If the grace period ends without the paid subscription being activated, the account enters a further 60-day data-access-only mode: normal operational features stop (new attendance entries, new financial entries, chat, new posts), while access to the Center’s existing data and records remains available. The Center does not self-export its data from within the app; if the Center wants a copy of its data and records, the customer-service team prepares and delivers it, per Section 3 of the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
To activate the paid subscription at any of the stages above, the support team contacts the Center to complete payment and activation, at which point the subscription statement under Section 6 is issued. Clicking the "start trial" button, or the "pay & activate" button, creates the commitment described in these Terms.
4. Pricing and Tax Status
Current pricing and packages are shown on the pricing page at the time of subscription. The Company is not currently VAT-registered, as its activity is below the mandatory registration threshold; our current prices therefore carry no VAT, and the document issued at subscription is a "subscription statement", not a "tax invoice." Once the mandatory registration threshold is reached and the Company registers for VAT, the subscription statement will be replaced by an electronic tax invoice under the e-invoicing regulation, and these Terms and prices will be updated accordingly.
If a Center benefited from a special founders’ offer ("founders’ price") at its first subscription: that price continues to apply to it for as long as its subscription runs without interruption. If the subscription is interrupted and the Center later returns to a subscription, the price and package displayed at the time of return apply then, not the earlier price.
5. Payment Methods
Payment is made via bank transfer to the account stated in the subscription statement, or by other methods arranged directly with the support team. No public payment link is displayed on the website or in-app. A SAMA-licensed payment provider will be added once activation procedures are complete.
6. Electronic Confirmation and Subscription Statement
Upon completing a subscription, a savable subscription statement is issued showing: the center’s name, service description, confirmation and date of agreement, total price, and payment method. It currently carries no VAT fields, since VAT does not apply (Section 4 above).
7. Subscription Term and Renewal
The subscription runs for the term and billing cycle selected at contracting, and renews automatically for a like cycle unless cancelled before the current cycle ends, per the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation and refund details are set out in the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy published on the website, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the app, enter inaccurate child data, or share their account access with unauthorized persons.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Wasl App and its associated marks belong to Madar Al-Aamal for Technical Solutions; the subscription grants no ownership right in them.
11. Availability and After-Sales Service
Wasl App is a fully digital service: no physical goods, no shipping, so traditional physical warranties do not apply.
- Support scope: the Company provides support to help you use the app, handle technical faults and issues of the service, and answer usage inquiries, via the in-app support icon and the Company’s official channels below.
- Response time: initial response to support requests is within a maximum of 3 business days of receipt; final resolution time is not fixed and varies by the nature and complexity of the request.
- Outages: in the event of a material or extended outage caused by Wasl App or the Company’s systems, the Company may, on a case-by-case basis, extend the subscription or provide another appropriate remedial treatment, with no obligation of monetary compensation and no liability for direct or indirect losses arising from the outage, to the extent permitted by law.
- Setup and data migration: the service includes initial assistance setting up the Center, guidance materials, and entry and migration of the Center’s prior data based on data and documents the client provides, in formats the Company can process.
- Nature of the commitment: there is no traditional product warranty; the Company’s commitment is to exercise reasonable care to maintain service continuity and fix in-scope faults, without guaranteeing the service is error- or outage-free at all times.
- Maintenance and development: the Company may carry out maintenance, updates, or development, even if this requires a temporary or limited stoppage, with prior notice of planned work where possible.
- Support limits: support covers only the app, the service, and the Company’s systems. It excludes the client’s devices, the client’s internet connection, third-party systems, and disputes between the Center and its own customers, users, or others.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service (except for service outages, whose treatment is governed by the “Outages” item in Section 11 above); responsibility for the accuracy of a child’s data remains with the Center that entered it.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
